About Our Company

My late father Clyde Walter Disney and I founded Clinton Office & School Supply in 1988. The local newspaper which was the only office supply store in town, approached us about buying their inventory and opening a store. They had decided to discontinue selling office supplies and to focus on publishing. At first we hesitated, but soon realized the community would have a void if there was no place to buy office and school supplies.

We decided to expand the inventory and to offer a catalog that would rival mail order companies. We worked with our wholesaler to provide overnight delivery from warehouses through out the southeast. Therefore, we were able to offer to our customers next day delivery for over 100,000 products.

In 1995 when my wife was pregnant with my first child, we expanded into the Campbell County area. The expansion seemed like the natural thing to do. I was born, attended school, and raised in Campbell County. My family moved to Campbell County over 100 years ago and that is where our family farm is located.
